Alloy Steel Frame

Completely replacing the iron channel steel frame structure, the machine now features a cold-drawn molded aluminum-magnesium alloy frame and stainless steel channel steel connection support. The surface is covered with 304 stainless steel plate doors, offering corrosion resistance and maintaining structural integrity. This robust construction ensures the machine remains straight and deformation-resistant, enhancing the precision of packaging film transfer and other key characteristics.

Advanced Vacuum and Heat Sealing System

The vacuum and heat sealing system uses an independent lifting system design, ensuring that it can withstand up to 5 tons of sealing pressure without deforming or shifting. This guarantees long-term use without the need for repairs or failures.

Utilizing the original German vacuum pump, the flow rate ranges from 100 to 300 m³/h, with an ultimate vacuum of up to 0.5 mbar.
